Terms and Conditions

Agreement
This agreement is made this date between RB Fitness (hereinafter the Trainer) and you (hereinafter the Client). Whereas RB Fitness has a great deal of knowledge and expertise in physical fitness and personal training, and whereas the Client wishes to benefit from personal training services, advice and programmes during the term of this agreement. RB Fitness is willing to offer such services upon the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
The parties hereto agree to the following:
Duration
The Client herby hires and retains the Trainer for the minimum period as designated by the purchased product. After that, contracts may be cancelled at any time.
Fees
For all services to be rendered by the Trainer under this agreement, the Trainer shall be paid at a rate determined by the product and detailed at the point of purchase. Subscriptions will generate invoices 4 days before the end of the billing cycle - please cancel 5 days prior to the end of the billing cycle to avoid auto-renewal. Offers with reduced initial payments will be subject to full price following the end of any trial period. Online Memberships will auto-renew @ £26 per month following trial periods. Please read the details of your subscription carefully before joining. Credits valid for 12 months from purchase.
Booking cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled sessions. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full to the Client.
Class Times
Class frequency, times and content may vary upon availability and demand. The scheduling and class details are at the discretion of RB Fitness.
Participant Declaration
I wish to participate in physical activities that may include aerobic exercises, resistance exercises and flexibility exercises. I realise that in participating in these activities I may be at risk of an injury and even the possibility of death. I hereby confirm that I am participating voluntarily.

Health Commitment Statement

Our commitment to you: we will respect your personal decisions and allow you to make your own decisions about what exercise you can carry out. However, we ask you not to exercise beyond what you consider to be your own abilities. We will make every reasonable effort to make sure that our equipment and facilities are in a safe condition for you to use and enjoy. We will take all reasonable steps to make sure that our staff are qualified to the fitness industry standards as set out by the register of exercise professionals. If you tell us that you have a disability that puts you at a substantial disadvantage in accessing our equipment and facilities, we will consider what adjustments, if any, are reasonable for us to make.

Your commitment to us: you should not exercise beyond your own abilities. If you know or are concerned that you have a medical condition which might interfere with you exercising safely, before you use our equipment and facilities, you should get advice from a relevant medical professional and follow that advice. You should make yourself aware of any rules and instructions, including warning notices. Exercise carries its own risks. You should not carry out any activities that you have been told are not suitable for you. You should let us know immediately if you feel ill when using our equipment or facilities. Our staff members are not qualified doctors, but there will be a person available who has had first-aid training. If you have a disability, you must follow any reasonable instructions to allow you to exercise safely.
